Ok, you are looking for a corporate speaker or trainer. What type of speaker or trainer are you looking for? How do you want your "staff/audience" to feel after the presentation?
If the answer is, “I’d like the staff to be inspired and appreciated,” then I know it’s an inspirational & motivational speech.
If the answer is, “I’d like the staff to know more about cultural diversity,” then I know it’s a cultural diversity training.
If the answer is, “I’d like the staff to be laughing and enjoying themselves,” then I know your wanting an entertaining presentation.
If the answer is, “The main purpose is to deliver the primary speech, or the keynote address, at an event, training session or a program,” then I know it’s a keynote speech.
Of course, presentations can (and should be) instructional, inspirational, motivational, and entertaining all at the same time, but all speeches have a primary purpose. It’s important that I am creating and delivering a presentation that meets the intended primary purpose, regardless of what label has been used to describe the speech.
